ARD Local Builders completed this basement conversion project in Marylebone Road, Central London.

ARD were contracted to carry out all the groundwork and footings being carried out with a pumping station in this 3 floor office conversion for a kitchenette and toilet facilities. All materials in and out are through the light well / fire escape hatch in the pavement area.
