ARD Local Builders are undertaking this large project at the junction of of Munster Road and Hestercombe Avenue in Fulham, South West London.

ARD Local have been contracted to carry out a full refurbishment of two adjacent properties which includes 2.5 metre underpinning down to the existing basement due to heavy subsidence on both sides. Once this is in place ARD are then engaged to carry out underpinning to the rest of the property at number 63 allowing the old building to be taken down and leaving the party wall up at number 65.

This major renovation work will eventually create a new 200 square meter basement, fully tanked ready for several high end, prestige flats above.
