ARD Local Builders were commissioned to create an open-plan kitchen and bathroom extension to this residential property in Kent.

Knocking through an existing wall and extending the existing kitchen allowed us to create a modern, luxury kitchen and clean, functional bathroom. The work was carried out to a high specification by our team of building experts and the customer was more than delighted with the results.
